Shrimp are not only a delicious, but also nutritious dish. Having a minimum of calories, shrimp are a source of easy-to-digest dietary proteins. Shrimp have almost no carbohydrates and fat. 100 grams of shrimp contain 0.3 grams of fat, two thirds of which, Omega-3 and Omega-6, are polyunsaturated.
The unique Cypriot location of our farm allows us to offer fresh shrimp on the day or the day after we harvest them. Our farm is relatively small, so it takes as little as possible for the shrimp to go from the pond to the delivery to the customers. Small batches guarantee 100% high quality and that there will be no defects/substandard individuals.
