20 medium prawns

Olive oil

2 green chili peppers

1 tbsp fresh ginger

½ tsp turmeric

Peel the prawns. Chop chili peppers and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chili to taste, ginger and turmeric. Fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add prawns and cook them uncovered for 3 minutes or until all the moisture in the pan has evaporated.
