• 40 (1.5 kg) fresh medium prawns
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 10 g ginger

Peel the prawns, leaving their tails intact. Devein the prawns. Crush the garlic cloves and chop the coriander. Combine garlic, ginger, chili sauce, lemon juice and coriander in a large bowl. Add the prawns and mix the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate them for 45 minutes or overnight. Take the prawns out of the refrigerator and thread them by 5 pieces per skewer. Grill or barbecue both sides of the skewers until the prawns changed in color.

Serve the dish immediately.
